In our family we have an international travel a year, but this big recession thing had its impact on our little household too, so it was decided against it. But for me my travel is a must, I recuperate and rejuvenate for the entire year through my annual trip. So, I started thinking of a more economic option. Nepal struck my mind. India has been a prominent destination for tourists from all across the world for many years. With its ethnic, socio-cultural and geographic diversity, India has a lot to offer. While there are many tour operators working across India providing different customizable tour packages to tourists, there was none that would cater to the needs of gay couples in India. Pink Adventures!

Camp Redstone, Zice Holidays seems to be taking the new-found social LGBT movement to the next level. And for once, their placard says “Rainbow Fun” instead of clichéd “Down with section 377” (which, by the way, is now quite obsolete!) And, Darpan Bhagat along with his team members, aren’t any politically correct group of straight people who “support homosexuality”. Read the rest of this entry »

When in… Delhi!

Posted by darren.frei On July - 4 - 2009

Let’s get this out of the way upfront: Delhi is definitely not the outest and proudest metropolis in the world. When it comes to exhibiting signs of gay life, Bollywood-infused Mumbai has a coyly exposed (and gorgeously bejeweled) leg up on India’s 17 million-strong capital.
